Mobile Menu not working, not clickable. Creativo Theme

Hello,

I am requesting help to find out why the mobile menu suddenly stopped working. I’m not sure as to when, but it has since been pointed out by numerous customers; probably happened after an update or something. I poured through the setting of the Creativo Theme, and can’t find why it’s not working. This is a big issue for me, obviously. Any input would be greatly appreciated!
