Add to cart link not working on mobile (Woo com)

this page is one of four pages that i am having issues with.
while being on the desktop the button with the add to cart link works

when i switch to my phone it shows me a your cart is empty page instead of adding it to my cart.

i looked into this on google then here and tried
alot of options and i still cant figure it out.

elementor was what i used to create this (free version)
