KristinaBianca on "I updated to 4.0 and now my webisite isnt showing up"

Hi, my site is just white and does not say anything. I also can not get into my dashboard. I feel helpless because I can not get my backup.
4.0 must have been corrupted. I received an email from Wordpress saying not to update 4.0 and to call support if you already did. Wich I did. It was a learning center $99 per hour to fix it. I feel that it is a scam. Take down our site and then they make money to fix it.
