LMCR on "im getting a weird messaged: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '"

Hi
when I try and log into my website (www.lancefieldmotorcyclerun.com/wp-admin) i get this messge Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '<' in /home/pklz/public_html/lancefieldpokerrun/wp-content/themes/haunted-house/functions.php on line 13 and when i put this address into the address bar (www.lancefieldmotorcyclerun.com) i get this Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '<' in /home/pklz/public_html/lancefieldpokerrun/wp-content/themes/haunted-house/functions.php on line 13 can anyone please help me on how I can get this fixed ASAP!
