Your theme and some plugins are still loading, so not all is lost.
The slider on the home page isn't working now. You might want to check with the theme developer and see if they have an update for it.
How does your admin area look? You said before you couldn't install the theme you were using. If you access via ftp and delete the theme you should be able to install it again. Any customized settings may be lost, though, so take a look around before you delete to see what you might need to rebuild.
