sizzites on "[Theme: Fruitful] slider shortcode not responding"

I am using fruitful for the first time, so I apologize if I'm making a simple error...

I've added [fruitful_slider] to my page, but it's displaying as text when I preview it, not as an actual slider.

Any help is appreciated, thanks!
