Please HELP!
Objective: To collect information for Car Club membership aaplication. This will be used for 70ish member applicants annually and should have a registration form directly on the site! Application/registration form should have the ability for custom fields of information. The membership will end on the same date at the same time for all members regardless of when they sign up. not that that matters to much but It should have the ability to have fixed membership end dates for all members.
I don't need password protect access to site pages like s2Member which I feel is to complicated for the simper objective. I just want to obtain information from potential applicants.
Question: What Plugin is best for a custom application/registration form that can be linked to my email directly following an application submittal.
Sorry if I wasn't clear about the end goal.
