I have read a number of posts regarding this but some do not seem the same as the problem I am facing. WordPress News are Jetpack are constantly saying "Loading", even the sub folders under Jetpack are not loading. My Media Library is not showing but I can add pictures. Under Appearance, Themes I have downloaded show yet I can see the details of any theme nor can I add a new theme. I cannot even customize any theme I choose.
I am not familiar with any of the ftp or html or and coding verbiage. I found this comment a couple of times "resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems" and it sent me to this" http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F , but once reading it I am completely lost.
Please help me! :(
I am not sure what I did or did not do. I did try to uninstall all the plugins I have, I actually deleted the plugins not compatible with the WordPress Version 4.0 but not sure if I did something wrong.
