You have to manually create a child theme, and a child theme must have a parent theme. So in your case if you are happy with your kingdom theme, but you would like to make some modifications to it, then you need to create a child theme and place your modifications there, so when you update your kingdom (parent) theme in the future, the modification are not overwritten and lost. In your wordpress dashboard under themes you would then have two themes. Your kingdom theme and the active kingdom child theme.

To delete the two plugins, use Wordpress Dashborard ---> Plugins --> Installed plugins ---> Deactivate Woocommerce/amazon affiliates ---> Delete
