You need to copy more files from your parent theme to the child.
It is hard to say which files this would be, maybe part of "functions.php", or is there some plugin connection ?
It would be worth asking in the support forum for your theme.
Otherwise work out which file includes / requires etc "lib/login_register.php", doing a text search on this will probably crack it.
