Yukondokne on "how to edit sidebar info (like text)"

i inherited a wordpress site. i know almost nothing about wordpress, and i am trying to learn, but i have been asked/tasked with updating some information on the site, particularly, the phone number taht is listed in the sidebar. picture for reference here

i have wordpress 3.9.3 - if that makes a difference.
