Radices on "how to edit sidebar info (like text)"

In the Appearance Widget area look for a section on the right called "something" Sidebar. "Something" might be "About Us" , "Contact", or "Sidebar 1" etc. Click the little triangle to expand the sections and look for the phone number. There's a Search Box widget in the same sidebar area so that might help to find it.
