I have a few wordpress sites. Two self-hosted and one hosted on wordpress.com and I really like the Plane theme on wrodpress.com and I know it's based off the Flato theme. I can edit it to my liking to a certain extent but my css is a little rusty and I don't know how much like Flato Plane is, if that makes sense.
So, I had two questions.
1. Is Plane ever going to be available for self hosted?
and
2. If not/until then can someone tell me how to put a header on the Flato theme (where the baby blue/title bar is) like in Plane?
