Those bugs seem unrelated (no fatal errors). At this point all we can do is speculate without seeing the code -all we know for certain is that the problem is unique to your theme.
Can you zip it up and upload it somewhere so I can tell you what is wrong?
Also, I assume you have 'posts' and pages working? Job Listings are pretty similar.
