actowolfy on "Plugin that reads the contents of a folder and displays it in a view only box?"

I have a folder full of log files that're in .txt format. I would like to allow people to read the log files by clicking on a page. On that page there would be a list of the log files to choose from and they click on one and then the contents of that log will be displayed in a new window or in that page as view-only. So my question is, is there a plugin that can achieve this? Any help will be appreciated.
