Hello Jeremy, let me give you some details from me... I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 and Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 with Google Chrome and on both devices I get the mobile theme when Jetpack Mobile Theme is activated.
