Well, on my test site I only have Akismet and P3 installed, and they're both inactive, and I'm still having the problem with both Hueman and Twenty Fifteen. I guess if you're not having a problem on Twenty Fifteen I stand corrected that it's not the WP editor. I'm stumped.
