- have you checked trash bin, draft bin?
- have you tried flushing any caching plugins you might be running, as well as server and/or browser caches.
- If the above steps don't help, try resetting your custom permalinks back to the default setting and renaming your WordPress .htaccess file. If that works, then try reading Using_Permalinks before setting a custom permalink structure again.
