As Takayuki mentioned please don't look for paid services here (there are other arenas like jobs.wordpress.net for that).
Would you mind perhaps telling us what isn't working and I'm sure we'll be able to assist you further, but we really need to know what isn't working as expected and what you expect it to be doing to know what's up.
I also removed your duplicate thread since it had so many bumps nobody would ever notice it had gone unanswered :)
