I changed themes and I still get it. I don't think it's the theme because I have used the theme before with the roles working. The roles where working before when I had the SimpleMag theme.They stopped working when I installed an Ecommerce plugin, which added new roles such as Store manager. But I deleted the plugin and reseted the roles using the 'User Role Editor'.
