If the ecommerce/catalogue is part of a plugin, is it from here?
If you find it on that page, go to the plugins own page and click on the support tab - scroll down to post there.
These forums only support themes and plugins from this site, so help for commercial products is limited to general WP help. Along those lines, if your site is behaving badly (not the way it usually does) you could try deactivating all your plugins to see if any may be causing problems.
If you're looking for alternatives, there are many ecommerce plugins that might work as well as free themes - all on this site.
