Not sure if this is the place to post this but I'm super confused! A friend of mine bought a domain and hosting from Godaddy. Then she paid a web designer to make a website in Wordpress. The designer got too busy and months later gives us a shitty website with a free Wordpress theme installed on it. Claims that it was a ton of work to make the database because we used Godaddy. Anyone think this is a scam as far as I know free themes can be installed in seconds, right?? Does it actually take long to make a "database" from a free theme? so confused.
