Innovnate on "wp 3.5 not exporting"

Hi,

I'm trying to export my database to install on a live site, and the exporter is hanging - nothing comes up on the screen at all, even after 10 minutes. The url changes to this:

http://dev.empowercc.com.au/wp-admin/export.php?download=true&content=all&cat=0&post_author=0&post_start_date=0&post_end_date=0&post_status=0&page_author=0&page_start_date=0&page_end_date=0&page_status=0&submit=Download+Export+File

any ideas?
