blogfailhelp on "Trying to access my Wordpress editor through LocalHost and it won't load"

Hey all

So I've been building my site via a localhost on my Mac and it's all been going fine. I went to move it over to my domain (registered with BlueHost) where I changed my URL's on Wordpress to my domain name and now I cannot get access to my page at all. It hasn't moved my files over and i'm completely stuck.

Any help or easy walk throughs appreciated! I've still got access (via MAMP) to phpmyadmin and have very basic knowledge of the way this all works but can stumble my way around.
